This training applies the Maslach Burnout Inventory framework and recovery science from occupational health psychology. Your team learns to recognize early warning signals backed by longitudinal studies and understands which organizational and individual factors most strongly predict burnout versus sustained engagement.
Participants assess their current burnout risk using validated instruments and design personalized prevention strategies during the workshop. They leave with a concrete recovery and boundary plan - including specific conversations to have with managers - that they have already begun implementing.
